I discovered yoga when I moved to London in 2013 to start my career as a corporate lawyer. I was constantly stressed and struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle. One day, I noticed that my local yoga studio was offering an intro package for new students so I signed up and tarted practising yoga. Six years later, yoga is an integral part of my daily routine.
I've been teaching yoga for over 5 years. I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Michele Pernetta in 2016. I continued learning with further trainings in anatomy, assisting and sequencing. I'm currently studying with Jason Crandell as part of his 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
I practice a number of different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and Yin, drawing inspiration from these for my teaching.
I am a Yoga Alliance 200hr registered teacher.
2020/21 CLASS CURRICULUM
I believe that class planning is a crucial part to delivering a great yoga class. A consistent practice based on well planned content will lead to the best results for each yoga student.
A curriculum is a teaching plan for an extended period, typically a year. I've developed a yoga teaching curriculum which I'll be using for my public classes. My classes are structured in a way to give students with the tools you need to develop your practice.

"Feng teaches with a wonderful blend of humour and empathy. She always brings her bright demeanour to class, helping to keep her students motivated even in the most challenging postures. She has a deep technical understanding of asana, and the modifications needed for different bodies to progress in their practice.
I always leave Feng’s class feeling energised and happier than when I entered!"
"I have been going to Feng’s classes for over 2 years now and I keep coming back. Feng is super genuine and down to earth, and as I have got to know her, I have come to realise that she has an amazing memory. When speaking to her after class, she can tell you specific poses where your posture was out of alignment and she will show you how you should actually be doing the pose and explain why."
